Because these files are delivered instantly, we can’t exactly take them back (and honestly, no one wants pre-owned PDFs).

⚡ Digital Products

• All digital sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

• We don’t issue automatic refunds.

• If something’s wrong — like a broken link, duplicate charge, or wrong file — email us at getloud@1voice.love and we’ll fix it fast.

📦 Physical Products (if we add them later)

If we ever offer physical items such as printed guides or merch:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

• You’ll just cover return shipping.

• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
